They step on the roleplay principles of family constellations that are used in therapy to transform deeply rooted dynamics, preconditioning and unconsious biases or beliefs. By focusing on the bigger picture, this method helps you and your teams see clearly how different parts of the business are interconnected and where the real issues lie and may hinder progress, success and/or sustainability.

1. Initial Constellation Meeting:
The first time a team or a person meets our specialist, the focus falls on identifying the specific challenge or issue within the organisation. The facilitator, who plays a crucial role in maintaining balance and guiding the process, works closely with participants to set the stage for the constellation.
2. Observation and Implementation:
Over the following month, the organization observes the outcomes of the constellation and implements any insights and/or strategies that have emerged
3. Follow-up Meeting:
The second meeting is used to review the progress,address any ongoing issues, and refine the strategies as needed
